1. Schedule a free call with me

Let’s start with a 30-minute phone call to talk about your fears. We’ll discuss how therapy for anxiety, panic attacks and phobias might help, answer any questions, and determine if this approach is a good fit for you. If it feels right, we can then set up your initial appointment.

2. Get the support you need

We’ll create a personalized plan that gives you the support and tools you need.  Join anxiety therapist each meeting and together, we'll develop the tools you need to work toward overcoming your fears.

Options include weekly individual anxiety therapy or intensive sessions lasting 2-3 hours for quicker relief. We’ll find what works best for you.
